1. The buffalo chicken wings we ordered to go with our wine were plumb and delicious, very well seasonned though, with the glasses so dirty it was not a nice experience for us.

3. I had to go to the floor below to get ice (but even then on the last day I had to go 2 floors below as the one on the 15th floor also didn't work) One of the days our room was 'cleaned' but somehow two dirty cups of left over juice were left behind.
