1. The room 'control panel' is also a bit outdated, but still useful; replacing it with an iPad would be a nice add.

NB: We viewed our friends' room at the Four Seasons Chicago and, while perfectly adequate for a hotel in general, for five-star, it seemed a bit stale and outdated; the common areas of the Four Seasons were unimpressive for 'five star' -- if you're spending this kind of money, absolutely opt for the Peninsula vs.
