4. If street noise isn't a concern, then I would agree that the Peninsula could be considered 5-star.

5. Even on a high floor, the street noise is very apparent in the guest rooms.

10. We never heard any noise from anything but ourselves and/or the tv or the ipod (the room has a loading dock) and a dvd player.
