My point being: one big '

' of this hotel is if you're there to really tour and explore Chicago (which you should), in some ways this hotel is a bit too nice for the amount of time you spend in there.

They are very customer service oriented, which when I travel I want, and I really can't say a

thing about our experience except I found it rather odd that they didn't have an ironing board and iron alreadly in your room.
