1. This ended up being a non-issue, however, as nobody else in the hotel ever even attempted to refer to me by name again.

2. Honestly, what's not to like? Now, if I didn't get a package deal I'm sure I could have found very nice hotels that are more cost-effective, but if you are seeking an incredibly comfortable, lovely hotel in the heart of Chicago, and money isn't the primary issue this is a great place to stay.

4. I have had issues in getting the financial times before, including one instance where the young lady did not seem to know that newspaper, but it seems to have been resolved.
