2. After I continued to question this charge, she called the food and beverage manager, and he kindly cleared this up for me ( I had tipped on my card, and I thought I did cash), but the point is, the lady checking us out just totally made something up to try and appease me because she was uncomfortable with me questioning the charges.

7. Might seem like low expectations, but I am always shocked at how many hotels have uncomfortable beds, since one would assume that providing a good nights sleep is really a hotel's primary purpose.
