1. My only niggle would be the noise from the street which we could hear slightly, I did hate to think how noisy this might have been on lower floors considering we were at the top.

Rooms (we had two rooms in different parts of the hotel)are average in size, decor is nothing to write home about, quite noisy both on the third floor AND on the sixteenth floor, from the outside bustle of the city AND from other guests inside, bed was good but our comforter was bad due to too many washes, bathroom was just OK with very shallow bathtub/shower.

A few minor issues:- Location next to hospital, ambulance sirens can be noisy at night- No full length mirror in the room, only the one above the sink in the bathroom- There is no practical space for the luggage rack, I had to shift the desk to make room- All treadmills had sweat stains one day, but had been cleaned up by the next dayOverall, its a great place and I would highly recommend it.

We had a roll-away bed in our room which was a suite (we had originally booked a room with two double beds and we had planned to place a roll-away bed there but when we go to the front desk they said that there was a fire hazard and this was illegal so we had to upgrade to a suite), and it was quite cramped and the air conditioning was very noisy.

9. we asked for a replacement room and were given a much more comfortable one, less noisy but still on working days, trucks loading and unloading stuff in the next building were making lots of noise starting from early morning.

10. The hotel is ina great location 2 minute walking distance to the Magificent Mile which is a lot better because the MM can be very crowded and noisy so you get the best of both worlds.
