2. The front desk told us that it was not in their control and that we had to contact AT&T which was frustrating.

During peak hours and the afternoon, it was difficult to get an elevator, however, we were aware of this situation prior to our stay (by reading other reviews) so that helped us to not be quite as frustrated Also, they have a really neat rooftop outside bar, we visited it quickly on Sunday afternoon prior to our departure.

4. The down part--the 28 floor hotel only has 2 small elevators (6 people max) and everyone seemed frustrated by how long it would take to get up or down--even the hotel staff.
