1. I think they were doing construction on the regular room where they host it, so this room seemed lifeless and cramped.

We had a roll-away bed in our room which was a suite (we had originally booked a room with two double beds and we had planned to place a roll-away bed there but when we go to the front desk they said that there was a fire hazard and this was illegal so we had to upgrade to a suite), and it was quite cramped and the air conditioning was very noisy.
