7. We had broken outlets, dirty sheets, water damage, impolite service - when we asked for clean sheets since our were clearly dirty and not cleaned we seemed as an inconvenience.

10. When we got to the room the chain on the toilet tank was broken, so I called the front desk, and the maintenance person showed up within 5 minutes and had it fixed.
