3. A couple of things that were slightly disappointing: 1) water pressure was poor due to the fact you had to turn almost all the way to hot to get a warm shower 2) the exercise room, while nice, only had one fully functional treadmill (among the three in the room).

7. On the plus side they offered to reimburse me for 1 nights accommodation (small hand clap for their recognition of poor service)But seriously, they can't take conference bookings if they can't keep conference bookings.

8. Great location, but a few things very annoying: breakfast poor, long waits for the elevators, sluggish room service (took me 24 hours and three phone calls to have a wine glass delivered to my room).

9. Note for staff/management: Room 1502 needs to have the backsplash for the bathroom sink replaced as it is damaged & reception for ESPN was poor on the tv (a big problem for the hubby).

10. Management really has to understand how something simple like a poor attitude and poor ambassadorship by staff can make a customer think of going elsewhere in the future.
