6. Only drawbacks are the sirens from the nearby fire station (not really the hotels fault) and the pillows were a little hard but with 6 types to choose from, we will try again until we find the right ones.

9. A really, really pleasant hotel, just off the Magnificent Mile and with a sunny rooftop bar furnished with couches to fall into with drink in hand for a spot of people-watching after a hard day's shopping.
