3. Lugged bags through heavy door (with security guard just looking - too busy to open door) set off to room up wrong set of lifts, couldn`t find room - was not told I should have used other lifts.

6. And the doorman on Saturday actually ran down the street to catch up with us & let us know that the front desk had discovered they had charged the wrong credit card (I had changed from the card I used to make the booking, but they put the charge through on the original card & I did not notice).
