3. My only complaint would be that these were supposed to be non-smoking rooms, but as soon as we went in you could smell the lingering smell of smoke.

4. They have not had 'complaints from this room' which I can understand as I'm a frequent business traveller and am perhaps overly sensitive to the 'guests' activity that impact your sleep.

Staff so helpful (will book tours, recommend places to eat/visit, check flights etc - very reasurring as we were due to fly home the day after 6' snow fell and flights delayed by 6-8 hours, thankfully all back to normal the day we flew) All in all, no complaints and would definitely stay again - and happy to recommend to others.
