3. The ONLY downside to this hotel is their prices are getting a little too high which is very unfortunate b/c we would really prefer to stay here however with the economy the way it is, you have to save money where you can.

4. The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful in pointing out what's open etc, for example we set out on the Tuesday morning to go to the Museum of Modern Art and the chap on the door (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) told us that it was actually closed that day.

5. unfortunately it would seem that not a lot, if any, work has been done to the rooms since 2001, although they remain comfortable and have free, quick internet via a cable supplied by the hotel.
