1. The corridors are warren-like and you can get noise from the neighbours and the trafficBreakfast is good - really fresh orange juice and good coffee, a selection of fresh fruit salad, cereals, breads and pastries etc.

5. Who wants to stay uptown in the hussle bussle and noise of the city when you can easily reach there on the subway and you are in a nice leafy peaceful place facing the lovely washington square park with the friendly chubby squirrels and all the bars and restaurants around the area.
