1. The only downside was in an effort to keep it very clean, it had a faint smell of bleach which must be used to keep the old style tile floor clean.

2. The ONLY downside to this hotel is their prices are getting a little too high which is very unfortunate b/c we would really prefer to stay here however with the economy the way it is, you have to save money where you can.

4. The real downside for us was the problem of noise starting with deliveries or refuse collection well before 6 am and also the very intrusive building noise which is taking place close to the hotel at the moment.
