6. ok the room was fairly small as NY hotel rooms do tend to be, but it never felt really cramped, and it was very clean and well maintained during our stay.

8. Tip - if you can use the stairs that lead up from the restaurant to get to your room then do - much nicer and grander than the narrow cramped corridors that lead to/from the elevator (and all that horrid swirly plaster on the walls.
