5. The first night we stayed in Rm 209 which I would avoid unless you intend being awake by 6am due to the laundry noise from downstairs and the building site next door.

6. All and all, I would strongly advise you to avoid this hotel unless you are only staying for one night and need to be close to Washington Square.
