1. The streets did get noisy around 2 AM when the garbage guys came through, but we remedied that by keeping the air conditioner fans on at night, so I wouldn't have a problem staying on a lower floor in the future.

8. This will be my go-to place in NYC in the future - okay, rooms were small, view was of the wall, but that's to be expected - and who goes there to hang out in the room, anyway? One obnoxiously noisy pair of guests, but that was not the hotel's fault.
