1. We accidently rode the wrong subway train to Harlem and a really nice gentleman told us how to go to the correct train.

3. So if this has kept you from this hotel from other reviews, ask yourself if you really need them to be your friend, or are you just looking for accomodation with minimal service? If you need friendly stuff, then you're simply looking in the wrong price category.

5. The only downfall is the restaurant attached to the hotel - rude service, over priced, understaffed, and staff got our order wrong on three occasions.
