3. - small lobby so if many people are checking in/out at same time it is crowded- this did NOT bother any of us but it could bother others - the streets you take to walk to/from stuff aren't very nice - they aren't terrible, but they aren't overly pretty either- no coffee maker or microwave in room- pool itself was no big deal and the hours were limited POSITIVES - clean beds / clean rooms, bathrooms, and carpets- our room (Deluxe Queen) was quite large - large by most hotel standards and enormous by NYC standards- View from the rooftop pool, especially at night, was excellent- fridge in room- $10/day parking- Outgoing parking was smooth as silk (vs.
