3. The only advantange I could think of is probably nearby Self Laundry service shop whereby it was hard to find when we stayed in time square Four Ponts Sheraton.

4. I think 9th and 10th Ave are great for reasonably pricing restaurants and you would be hard pressed not to find something to your liking within a few short blocks.

7. The outside of this hotel is not nice, you get out of the cab and say this is it?Rooms are decent but our AC didn't work and it was hard to sleep w/ out air.

8. In both my room and my colleagues the heat was blasting and could not be shut off - the window barely opens and the noise level from 10th Avenue made a really restful sleep hard to come by.

9. We just need somewhere at a reasonable price to stay in Manhatten, and this one ticked all the boxes, it even had a pool, which was small, but nice to dip into at the end of a hard day walking around Manhatten.
