1. We knew as soon as we checked in, the customer service was lacking as the receptionist was unhelpful and uninterested, no hello how are you, how was your flight etc, just gave us the keys and quite literally walked off.

4. I have just returned from a 7 night stay at the skyline hotel and must say I was disappointed with the lack of information when checking in to the hotel and I found the reception staff to be quite abrupt.

8. The guy on the check-out was most unhelpful and when he asked why we did not want to stay I explained about the dirtiness of the rooms and lack of any room services, he just shrugged and asked me not to review it anywhere.
