1. We knew as soon as we checked in, the customer service was lacking as the receptionist was unhelpful and uninterested, no hello how are you, how was your flight etc, just gave us the keys and quite literally walked off.

6. Which brings me to my next point4) We wanted to book the hotels shuttle service to the Airport and again, the lady was unhelpful and rude while assisting us.
