6. My husband came back to the room to take a nap and was rudely awoken by some sort of construction in the next room, he said it scared the crap out of him and he didn't wake up to pleasant (bad for me).

7. Front desk staff were rude and the management was ok, the assistant manager tried to help me and also offered me a phone call home if I needed (felt as if it was my one phone call) the general manager could not even get out of his office to speak to me.

9. The best example I can give is during our stay we witnessed a very rude Scottish lady (lady used very losely) demanding that she was given a river view room.
