1. I had an issue with my bill and they took care of in a timely fashion.

3. It has smaller room and we had issues with the airconditioning/heater and management moved us to a bigger room up in the new wing.

9. Had issues with the heating, which wuldn't switch off and the fridge (which was empty?)and sounded like it has a deisel generator unning it.
