1. Also had one dinner at the hotel restaurant and found the food to be very good and no more expensive than anywhere else we ate.
"Good location, met our needs. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2012 Vote
2. There are absolutely loads and loads of fantastic bars and restaurants on 9th ave, so a 2 min walk from the hotel, much better than the tacky expensive ones on times square.
"Amazing! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/8/2012 Vote
3. Otherwise, parking is EXPENSIVE (as expected).
"Great location, but small quirks. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/15/2012 Vote
4. The location of the hotel in Hells kitchen area was for me ideally located, not too close to Times square to make it too expensive but close enough to walk in .
"simply superb " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/21/2011 Vote
5. Do not take the rickshaws - stupid expensive - $40 for 3 for 3 blocks - no wonder they never have people - same taxi ride would have been $5.
"Perfect spot for NYC weekend getaway " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/21/2011 Vote
6. We stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon and wanted somewhere convenient and not too expensive.
"Great location but avoid the pool! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/12/2011 Vote
7. The positives far outweighed the negatives, but FYI in the interest of a balanced review, the NEGATIVES were:- incoming parking process was slightly confusing - older hotel so showing its age in some ways - depending on your perspective, the hotel was 'too far' from the busy excitement of Times Square - though I though the 12-15 min walk to Times Square was no problem at all, and I liked being slightly away from all the lights/craziness/action- not enough plugs in room (pet peeve of mine)- while internet rate was reasonable, had to buy separately for each device ($10/day tho I bought a package for $35 for 5 days)- this is an expensive inconvenience if you want internet on your computer as well as your smart phone, etc.
"Have already recommended it to 2 other people; we'd stay again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/18/2011 Vote
8. Bizarrely, as a couple, we were allocated a twin room, and when we went to reception to ask about a double, we were told it was more expensive.
"Amazing pool, great location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/19/2011 Vote
9. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel - it's difficult to find something so close to Times Square that isn't an expensive change or a run-down dive.
"Amazing pool, great location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/19/2011 Vote
10. Good restaurants on 9th and less expensive.
"Birthday Treat " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/1/2011 Vote
