Reasonable hotel for the price and location, a little
shabby
but nothing too serious.

A note to you who have stayed in the Milburn in earlier years, she`s a pretty lady now, lost the
shabby
charm, but she`s looking into the mirror instead of looking at her loyal customers.

This is NOT one of the nicer hotels I`ve ever stayed in, here were the biggest negatives: - our room was a little
shabby
- the bathroom was very tiny (only one person can fit at a time and even then, some people may not fit at all.

Did not see any roaches, and while a touch
shabby
, our one bedroom suite was comfortable.
