Bathroom was beyond cramped and had mildew stains on ceiling and floor -- hooks were broken off so there was no where to hang anything, and sink ledge was too tiny for anything more than a toothbrush, several lightbulbs were burned out in the room, no plastic bags available in closets for dirty laundry.

5. Overall the room was fine (clean linens on the beds, and boy, they are sooooo comfortable), but when we told the front desk about the dishes needing cleaning the room staff only left a clean set on the counter with the dirty dishes remaining in the cupboard.

7. However our rooms were very dirty and dowdy, the toilet blocked twice, the TVs did not work and the hotel front staff not at all friendly or helpful.

8. The only complaints I had were that it was a teeny bit dirty (but not too bad), and that while 'union regulations prohibited the staff from washing the dishes' from the kitchenette, they did not provide dishwashing soap.

10. Room was meticulously clean, good-sized, bathroom was small but what`s with the need for a huge bathroom in these reviews?? The elevator is slow, and unlike any other spot, remains dirty.
