1. It is difficult to find a room with a king size bed in NYC so that was my first consideration at booking.

During my last visit I had to switch room twice because the first one was not the type of room that I wanted and the second one had bad sewer smell, was infected with bugs, the carpet and sheet had too many dirt stains (I don't mind a few), the room was incredibly warm and the air conditioner so loud that it made sleep very difficult.
