1. -QUIET - I'm sure being on the 14th floor helped, but no issues of street noise-Hotel employees - every single interaction was great, from the nice man from housekeeping who brought us robes to the helpful people at the front desk (one man spent a good 5-10 minutes helping me to identify a great restaurant that I'd forgotten the name of (Celeste - on Amsterdam - yum.

5. Front desk staff was brusque and chilly though we've stayed there a number of times -- not sure what the issue is there, but it comes across as attitude of some sort.

8. The double beds were definitely doubles, not queens, which was an issue for my 2 kids (one is actually a teenager), but the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

10. Ultimately I won and American Express issued me a full credit for the 'no shows' (which were wrongly charged against my card on top of the $5000 worth of business the Millburn did receive form my guests.
