1. We didn't have this problem at all, although the temperature controls were extremely sensitive.

3. A few complaints: we had no cell service in our room and we were not the only guests with this problem; the kitchenette had only plates, silverware for one person; the hotel does not volunteer the information that there is discount parking at a nearby garage.

5. I have to say that - with one notable exception - the desk staff were pretty grumpy but they were perfectly efficient and it didn't cause any problems.
