4. A few complaints: we had no cell service in our room and we were not the only guests with this problem; the kitchenette had only plates, silverware for one person; the hotel does not volunteer the information that there is discount parking at a nearby garage.

5. My only complaint, mentioned by previous reviewers is again the aircon is very noisy, found it hard to sleep so could not leave it on during night which became pretty hot.

10. My complaints are the following: I rely on the internet for my job, and that is one of the reasons that we chose the Milburn - being free was a bonus.
