1. There was this horrid sewer smell coming from the toilet or the pipes, and though we complained, no one could get rid of the smell.

2. We stayed on the 11th floor and it had already been upgraded with new air con which worked great on the hot days and I think that most of the building has probably been done as they were doing the 8th floor while we were there and I noticed a few people complained about the old air con on trip advisor.

3. I am saying these things not to 'complain' but to simply say to the Milburn Hotel ' if you are upgrading, you should go all the way.

4. Stayed for 6 nights and got an excellent price so I shouldn't really complain, but I do think that we may have been given an older room due to booking with expedia and not direct with the hotel.

10. Can`t understand why people complain about this hotel; no there isnt a fancy lobby, or a hotel bar, but that`s not the main reason for me to stay in a hotel anyways.
