2. The staff was rude, the rooms were disgusting and dingy and while the prices were relatively cheap (in this very expensive city), they were not worth the room.

4. disgusting treatment - after traveling 20 hours from Australia we were greeted with rudeness and total disinterest and the front manager with the beard started a shouting match that our room was not ready even tho we arrived at 1,30pm and that the bed we ordered wasnot available and who cares.
