5. there's nothing wrong with it - small rooms as expected in New York city, trendy carpet, little bathroom that tended to flood somewhat but hey.

6. Cannot describe these people, I asked for ear plugs on the first night to deal with the a/c - ''we don't have any - there's nothing wrong with the air con' - the Manager later states we have a huge stockpile of ear plugs.

9. Only thing we found wrong was the bathroom fixtures were a little loose and the shower head was broken but still functional (water sprayed in numerous directions).

10. You get what you paid for and if you want a cheap hotel for a few days there is nothing wrong with this one unless you're one of those people who find fault with everything.
