1. Because I mentioned that I was celebrating Valentine's Day, the very nice gentleman at the front desk (I unfortunately did not catch his name) offered me two complimentary drink vouchers to use in the hotel's lounge.

4. We were unfortunate to have 2 of our nights disturbed by other guests which left us feeling jaded due to lack of sleep but the hotel staff did take care of this and the guests were removed.

5. unfortunately, all three teens started calling and texting me at 12:15 to say they are getting kicked out and I had to get there RIGHT NOW to sign papers and check out or I would be charged for ANOTHER night.
