1. I arrived to DIRTY sheets, curtains that wouldn't close, no shower gel, no snacks at the mini bar, no complimentary bottled water, the bathroom tiles had grout all over them, chips in the furniture, patches of paint peeling from the walls, stains on the carpeting and scratches on the floor.

2. When the hotel was built and new you probably could not fault it but the hotel is not maintained so carpets are stained with makeup, hairdryer was hanging of wall but stuck back on with tape, bed and furniture was scuffed and to top if off there was BLOOD on the wall.

7. The bathroom was badly lit, the tiles in the shower looked old and stained, the bathroom cabinet under the sink was chipped and the metal shelf above the sink was badly stained with rust.

9. When we got to our room after a loooong journey from England, we found that all the towels in the bathroom had stains on them.

10. We asked to have them changed and the front desk did so immediately and we very apologetic but unfortunately the replacment towels were equally stained but apart from that the room was very clean.
