1. It is so rude that even the housekeepers are very loud in the morning, i mean what if i wanna sleep till afternoon, that doesnt mean that you have to go banging and shouting in the corridors when they are suppose to be all quite and caring for the guests.

8. In contrast our friends stayed the Excellsior near central park and I found the staff up there very rude and unhelpful.

9. The doormen, bellboys more interested in their conversations amongst themselves and harassing/talking about the guests as they must believe no Americans speak any other language but Engish so to understand their rude comments about the guests.
