1. The poor customer service gave me a bad first impression and now I will be sticking with the Distrikt.

2. The room is very small, specially for a week stay, you almost have no closet and the bathroom is also very small, but I guess for Manhattan it is not that bad plus you are encouraged to go outside for a little space and I find that OK.

4. When a service-based establishment cuts corners, it is always obvious to the customer, as they are the ones who are left with a bad experience and inconvenience.

7. The only bad experience i had was when i called room service for an ice bucket and the lady downstairs told me she was going to bring it and it took forever so I called back 30 minutes after and Robert answered the phone and I told him that my ice bucket never came and he brought it with in 5 minutes.

8. Another bad is the fact that you get fined for putting something of your own in the fridge.

9. Which really isnt so bad, just know going in that there are no rooms with two beds and no room to sleep anywhere but the one bed provided in the room.
