8. The room we had was very noisy, you could hear everyone outside coming and going and last but not least housekeeping didnt make up our room on one occasion and on the others did a poor job (apparently in the US you are meant to tip housekeeping so they do a good job, we were unaware of this which may be the cause for the housekeeping issues).
