7. I don't spend too long on makeup and don't consider myself too high maintenance but felt even the little bit that I do was challenged by lack of counter space and ridiculously low lighting.

8. I only have one negative comment to make and it's only a small one - due to the lack of natural light in the room/bathroom, brighter lights/lamps would make it easier when putting make up on etc.

9. Due to the hotel being small/boutique, the hotel lacks a view and is over looked, but again New York is a built up area.

10. We were unfortunate to have 2 of our nights disturbed by other guests which left us feeling jaded due to lack of sleep but the hotel staff did take care of this and the guests were removed.
