1. Sofa Bed - VERY uncomfortable - we use sofa beds all the time as I travel with a Teen, she was V unimpressed with the sofa bed Pillows - Not great Overall the positives of this hotel outweigh the negatives, my two main gripes are being charged for internet and the awful bathroom experience from the soaps to very unappealing olde-worlde fixtures and fittings.

4. Once you get past the extortionate price (check the competition nearby for much better value), the actual property is just dated, shoddy and uncomfortable.

5. One downside would be that the elevator system groups everyone into one elevator rather than 2 or 3 which can be quite uncomfortable when you've got 8 people and 3 suitcases in one elevator stopping at 4/5 different floors.
