1. Elevators for the upper floors are difficult to get, and you find yourself stuck with 5 and 6 floors of tourists before you find yourself at your floor.
"Flashy but hard to deal with " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/11/2012 Vote
2. We had no issues with the elevators as others have reported - not too difficult once you figure out the system.

3. we didnt realise the new york giants were going to be playing and the only negative comment is because of this as the service in the bar the evening of the game was horrendous,we found it difficult to get a drink and the bar closed at 1130pm a bit too early for our liking.
"Truly wonderful " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/7/2012 Vote
4. Lastly (of the big ones for a convention hotel) the Times Square location makes it difficult to catch a cab easily at the hotel.
"Good for conventions with caveats " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/13/2011 Vote
5. But its very dated and they are working on several floors 7 days a week - I went to get something to eat and all I heard was jack hammers,,,,And if you are working like me, it is extremely difficult to find a place anywhere except your room to get a charge and relax,.
"Good location - but they are redoing it and it is very noisy " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/31/2011 Vote
6. I know its a crappy job & its difficult dealing with tourists all day but good customer service equals a better tip.
"Just okay this time around. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/6/2011 Vote
7. There were some issues with the wired and wireless internet while I was there that did make it difficult to get work done (a concern for any business traveler), but the problem was apparently with the service provider and not the Marriott system.
"Great Location, Great Staff, Very Nice Marriott Property " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/3/2011 Vote
8. besides, the times square location meant it was difficult to leave the hotel--we had to elbow our way through times square crowds just to get to a decent (non-planet hollywood) restaurant.
"for such a fancy hotel, very few amenities. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/2/2010 Vote
9. difficult to even think of staying anywhere else.
"Great Central location for exploring NYC " Read full review on Travelocity   7/1/2009 Vote
10. This one is just too darn difficult (and gargantuan) to deal with.
"Elevators still drag down the quality of this hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/27/2008 Vote
