1. Of course it's a bit more noice on this side but none of us was disturbed in our sleep by that - Perhaps we were simply just too tired to notice :o)All of the staff members were top professional - Especially Amiee Perez helped us making this stay a really positive one.

3. Housekeeping harassed us each day despite the do not disturb sign even entering on our last day.

4. The rooms are clean upon arriving, and they won't bother you to make up the room unless and until you take the 'do not disturb' sign off the door.

8. On the positive side: very efective elevators, highly soundproof rooms, you almost do not hear traffic noise (although we had a Times Square view, so one could have expected some disturbance), silent conditioner.
