1. Not so great for business travelers since you need to battle your way through the throngs of folks taking in Times Square or waiting for theatre tickets (your cab fare will go up a few bucks as they creep through that traffic mess too) - and the nearest subway (even though it is still on Times Sq) is about a 5 minute walk through heavy pedestrian traffic.

5. When we arrived on the 6th of July it was very busy and when I finally got my room it was not cleaned,it was a big mess,I got a new room with additional upgrade so a decent solution for our first problem.

6. The service was AWESOME: first our rooms got messed up but one of the front desks (his name was Sye :)) and he upgraded us AND gave us a discount then when we needed to check out the conicerge (Tony) and bellhops were also really friendly in helping us get to the airport on time.
