1. Another bad side is that the hotel twice lost a discount authorization form I had submitted to them in March, and that created a delay during checkin.

7. It may be a concession, and not a Marriott-owned business; it was clear that the staff there was either badly trained or completely untrained, turning what should have taken a few minutes to get a latte into an agonizingly long wait, while one employee behind the counter dealt with one customer's purchases, and two others ignored the growing line at one of the three or four registers available.
"Avoidable problems " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/26/2012 Vote
8. Out of the 9 hotels I stayed in over our 6 weeks stay this was the only one I gave a bad review about, the others were amazing.

9. The concierge desk helped us with dinner reservations twice and, despite knowing we were going with a 16 year old girl, they sent us to a campy Moulin Rouge-themed French restaurant one night where the food wasn't bad but our daughter was seated directly beneath a life-sized nude painting.
"not a bad place to sleep in the city that never sleeps " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/13/2012 Vote
10. It looked bad, but we were out of there - and I don't have any plans of returning.
