5. I apologised again and he then said we would have told him earlier if we were really sorry and slammed the taxi door in my face, charming???It is so perfect for Location it is just a shame about the staff, I do expect that there must be some good staff in the building somewhere.

6. It was a shame as we didn't feel like using concierge at all who could have helped direct us round the city as we felt all staff may be the same.

7. Its a real shame that Marriott hasnt updated the hotel other than the elevators, and has taught its desk staff some customer service skills other than 'I'm sorry.
