1. The shuttle people were really awful anyway, so it was probably good advice.

4. We had an awful night at another Marriott the night before checking into this hotel and we mentioned it at check-in and they upgraded us to a room with a view at no charge.

Sofa Bed - VERY uncomfortable - we use sofa beds all the time as I travel with a Teen, she was V unimpressed with the sofa bed Pillows - Not great Overall the positives of this hotel outweigh the negatives, my two main gripes are being charged for internet and the awful bathroom experience from the soaps to very unappealing olde-worlde fixtures and fittings.
